Meet the team! Circle back to 2019, when Dapo, our CEO was trying to source equipment for his event but had great difficulty procuring anything affordable. Planning an event can be quite a daunting experience for those who do not have the relevant expertise. This is when it clicked for us - we noticed the major gap in the market for affordable equipment hire and conceived the idea of a one stop shop; simplifying the event management process and creating ease and convenience in booking services - hence the inception of Events Meets World

We have available tables, chairs and other party equipment so you do not have to go out searching - this is a one-stop shop! Our equipment includes marquees of various sizes, chafing dishes, crockery and cutlery. We can also give your event that special touch with our popcorn and candy floss machines available to hire.
